Hello all On and off, I have played CF for about 6 years now, was a full time player (read addict) for the first 4 of those years. I have played Masters, I have played Knights, I have played Shadow, I have played Entropy. I finally reached that point in my life that all veteran mudders seem to do, I decided it was time to take a break for a while. My while was about 2 years. I have just returned (about a week now) and I dont recognize the place anymore. Not that I am complaining. My old Gods are gone (Thank the heavens Cador is gone), my old friends are gone, or in such new forms that I will never recognize them. I feel like a newbie again. It is an interesting paradox to have a ton of knowledge, and now most of it useless :) This post isn't intended to bore, or to bitch, it is actually to praise. CF has been well fleshed out now. New races, classes, places such as this to come, and speak with others, and get things of your chest. CF still has the same "adreniline rush intensity" as always, my hands still shake slighty after a big Pk defense, the mobs are still dynamic and interesting, and the immortals (having been one I know) spend enormous amounts of time making this game more enjoyable for all. I look forward to meeting you all again, for the first time. I look forward to exploring new realms and areas. I look forward to Imm interaction (always my favorite part). And most of all I look forward to 6:00 p.m., when I can come home from work, boot up Zmud, and immerse myself in a world as wonderful as Thera. Good travels; P.S. Is Masumi (spell error) still around? She used to be Cador's bethrothed. If so, could someone tell me who she is now? I would like to speak with her of days gone by.
