Kills me, then 20 minutes later we run into eachother in town, looks at me, sees I'm naked, I mean not even a shield! then bashes and kills me in one round.

My thought, remove the all time PK list, it encourages this type of thoughtless waste, Trell will do what it takes to hit #1.
