I've never walked in an area where the area desc wrapped funny. I have however read many a desc and many a role where the person chose line lengths that were just about 10 characters too long for my wrapper. 60 char, 80 char...I forget which is standard. But I'd say if you are lined up with a normal looking room desc you're ok.
