First, while you can have an unusual view of what your character does and how, I think it'd be strange to believe only the ones who are "last of their kind" and want to help this world, considering you can conjure things that definetly wouldn't want to help you if you didn't subdue them by force of character/will (such as myself, an evil conjurer, conjuring angels/archons)... so while an interesting view, I don't see it as possible to be true. Your character could believe it, but it'd be a hard sell to the Warders. Second, elementals are not awakened chunks of nature. Elementals are conjured from the elemental planes of existance, outside Thera (the Prime Material Plane). Thera is not their realm. And if they were parts of Thera, I think a Warder could easily see it as a massive defilement that you make a piece of the world pull itself up out of it's natural place to help you, however good your intentions are. It's a means vs. ends argument.

All of their magic deals with contacting the other planes in order to bargain with foreign (though possibly incomprehensible) intelligences. Given that the Sylvan Warders tend to focus on Nature in the Material Realms (Thera) and would most likely abhor dealing with Demons, Devils, and Nightgaunts, I don't really see then as a good match for Conjurers.
With some work, this might be a possible role, however I think it'd be incredibly difficult if not impossible to convince the Warders of it.
