Instead of asking, log on, and start creating an arial.

When it gives you stats, say "no" a bunch of times. Record the highest number you see in each category. Those are the "max rollable stats". It's even easier with a stat roller.

Sheesh. And it does depend a little bit on class. Certain stats will be +/- 1 or 2. Snarf's web page has a lot of these tabulated for the truly lazy.
