No, I have suggested that more VIP’s should be able to remove posts. The reasons are those you mentioned an also the fact that we are in deferred time zones would make this logical. The answer I got was something to the extent that I should write another note about the post that I wanted removed, then another VIP, with the power to remove it, would do so. I found this stupid, and have not troubled myself with writing these remove-this-posts.
