How about unlimited looting of 31+ corpses over 30, and under 30 you can't loot over level 30 corpses? This would prevent the giant hoardes of level 26 level sitting pkers from getting the eq they use (that's how most of them get started), level the playing field a bit, and give us at least a chance to keep the gear off those we kill, and maybe even a chance to reduce the % of "Get all corpses" that are unnecessary.
