Person who just pkilled would guard his loot repeling low level jackals
allowing only his group/cabal mates to take
spares from corpse.
But as soon as he leaves the spot with corpse it is avalable for everybody.
So in order to get something you should be eather much
more powerfull (higher rank) or be allowed to do it.
I belive trust settings could be applied here.
Ofcause if you think you are more tough you could always
attack guarding person or eather kill him or chase him out.

I think it would stop that all these lowbie looters
from spamming "get all corpse/order all get all corpse".
They could possibly get their share but not right in second
as corpse hits the ground.
And it would not harm eq distribusion too much.

Just Idea. Do not blame me if you think it is not worthy. Offer something you think would be better.

PS Victim who was just killed can take items from his own corpse at any time.

PS2 Also please make player corpses not butcherable.
Cause first of all is cannibalism, second it would nullify all affords.
