Concerning this.. am I to understand that it is imposible
to dispel phylacteries? I fought Hvitlok once or twice
back when and never managed to dispel his phylacteries,
both heroes, with perfect dispel magic. Could be I was
just unlucky. Or sucked. Quite possible :P
