I just have to say that I was never able to do that as a human dagger spec. As for your question about this being overpowered, most warrior specs have some way of reducing dex (admittedly, it appears that you are a sword spec from the slashes, or at least using a sword, which doesn't give you this option), and if you reduce his dex, he won't be dodging and getting those concealed attacks nearly as often as he did in this log. Besides, there are numerous skills that can't be avoided:
-Riposte, similar to concealed attack
-Drum, up to 5 (I think) shots, with the last being particularly nasty if you get in all 5
-Flurry, up to 8 shots
The list goes on (although most won't do as much damage as the ones listed here, but generally have their bonuses).
In addition, many characters can't block or dodge spells.
