Well.. the reason that I have had so many of them in the past (starting with Narois.. Galadriel's Avatar) is that basically I take the standpoint of, 'If you want the job done right, do it yourself.'..(this works with both mortal and immortal arbiters) Now, I know for a fact that a good 80% of the mud doesn't have the patience or even the inclination to do this.. fortunately for that good 80%, I do.. And I make DAMN sure that I do all that I can to make the cities the most peaceful place to be while logged in (namely Galadon, as it is the most populated) while also following up on notes to the cabal about corrupt Arbiters. Sure, a good 75% can't be proven, but I know what it's like to be on the other end of the stick when an Arbiter dicks around and A) doesn't follow procedure and falsely flags, or B) just plain old doesn't seem to care. Both irritate me and I make sure both never take place if I can help it. As for the bashes towards Bria, while I probably have just as much reason to down her as anyone else, (which oddly enough, isn't that much) I don't, because I realize that she (and most likely all Imms that have the ability to hear the 'prayers' of the mortals) are probably digging themselves an early grave with the amount of time that they put into the game (whether it is visible or not). Bria and I may have had a slight disagreement about a few things, but honestly, she let me take care of the cabal as I saw fit, which surprised me alot, as Iomahk was the first leader I ever had (which may have been noticable during the beginning of my reign) but I'd like to think I did a good job as Lord, when I was, and becoming Immortal was the only other goal I could see (I was in a cabal and was pretty much the only mortal leader). Bria did not think I was cut out for it, and while I thought I was, I knew that she had the final say and therefore have tried with several other characters to do so, ultimately failing due to OOC reasons and then deleting. Hmm.. I seem to have been rambling for quite some time now, but mainly, I wanted to state just what it is that *I* enjoy about the Arbiters and why *I* personally roll up characters for the Arbiters. Again, a good 80% of you aren't cut out for it, but then again, there's probably 20% of you out there that ARE cut out for it and DO have the patience, but would rather invest their endless supply of tranquility into spamming spells and leading a relatively stress free life, and then come here (or write notes IC) about how terrible the Arbiters are and how you wish this or that would be done. You have only yourselves to blaim. *smirk* <-- Token Astein smirk. Iomahk
