Let's see, yes you can become a servant. Or you can do as I did and join the Arbiters, who actually are around. Another option would be to follow the path of a Maran and help Khiravn create a Maran cabal. I'm damn sure that Shokai would be in support of you if you had everything well thought out and you took the time to make things work. The number of Marans is growing, and it would be nice to see someone take control and start leading them. So you do have options as a paladin...what you make of them is your decision.
