Well known for their -30 damage inabling people to not even hurt a fleshy creature. Made practicing skills SO easy. They were finally made to be not sold by the udgaard shopkeeper and all the pairs that were in existance at that point were changed to turn into dust when removed. So every one got one crappy wearing before they lost them forever.

PS. Hey imms how bout a glove quest for the one time wearing variety?
