You can say that about any creature. How does a puddle hit you, how come everyone doesn't get continual bleeding when getting slashed, why can we take more than one slash for our death, its a game!
I think airforms are fine, just the people who play them are assholes who want to get on the pk list. There are SOOOOO many ways to f up an eagle. One revision to the air forms is they shouldnt be able to go into closed rooms, like a building or something. Make them safehouses
