Dunno, I play 1 character always. Just don't have time for others. Don't care about others.

How are you going to enforce it? 1 email at a time?
1. I have four already.
2. What about invalid emails? How are you going to verify if they are valid?
3. What about all those yahoo, hotmail, etc?
4. AOL and some other ISPs allow you to change it in a second.
5. There are other ways to get around it.
