This is the Darsylon Transmuters' Guild. All around you are elven
mages hard at work perfecting their spells. You also see the
occasional non-elf mixed in among the crowd. The building is rather
pleasant as guilds go, even if it is a bit small.

(783) (Glowing) A bright ball of light shimmers in the air.
The guildmaster smiles patiently as she teaches the use of the Haste spell to a student.

I did this start to finish and this is how many balls it took to perfect the spell.
