Go into the keymap editor, select F1, Map Selected Key, Change Function to "Send String",

Enter String as:
remove sword\rhold shield\rhold dagger\r

If you haven't guessed "\r" is enter.

Make sure when you set up the session you setup the Emulation for Keyboard Mapping to Custom and put in \path\charname.key so that each of your sessions (ie characters) has a separate key file.

I have also set the up arrow as Send String : "!" so it repeats your last command.

And before you ask, I don't know about setting up these fancy macro's.

Hope this helps

p.s. For idiots like myself, CRT is very easy to use and is full screen. Thats why I use it.
