The Dark God Jullias sits on his Throne of Deception, musing...

"Twist....dead. Cador....dead. Two of my oldest rivals. Dust in the Wind."

The Lord of Deception begins to draw the energy and power left from the two High Gods to himself.

None of the pantheon show any desire to attempt to stop the Lord of Lies.

Yet, the power itself, as if sensing the Dark God's plan, begins to flow not toward, but away from him.

As if guided from beyond whatever grave the previous owners may be resting in, the power instead flows to a young godling named Balgrimnr.
