Macros in zMUD

Macros in zMUD:

How do I define macros for the insert, home,
page up, page down, end, delete, and arrow keys
to left of the numeric keypad? Also how do I
define the ctrl and alt keys? ie ctrl+1 causes
'c armor' to show.
