Fighting 28 mobs to perfect parry does not increase my roleplay, and is not fun. I do it to survive. No drastic changes, make it so you learn at a rate comparable to someone with .. 2 higher int today? (an arial with 23int would learn like an elf with 25int learns today, the elf would learn like he had 27int (cmon, how hard can it be?))

I would agree, perhaps. Spamming is boring as hell. However, you should still have to invest some time if you want skills/spells to be perfect. If you don't want to spend time at it, you don't have to practice (unless you're an invoker).

I would disagree on this one. The entire point of having to wait around for it is to make it cost something to cast or otherwise use mana, and make it risky to run out (or be wounded) and have to wait around to heal. I personally know very well how long it can take to get mana back, as I have to wait around for it as a conjurer, and it's a risk a conjurer takes.
