Practice is key. Getting your spells and skills up to par will
make quite a bit of difference. Since you have shield block and
parry as your only defence, they should be pretty well learned.
Sleep is a AP's best buddy. Flee/Sleep is a well used combo for
them. As with any class, power ranking will get you in trouble
eventually. You'll run into people who have spent the time to
train and they'll usually hand you your butt on a silver platter.
