Why did they make the system so that it is impossible to assassinate an entire race, duergars, and all other assassins and for the most part thieves?
Shouldn't anyone be able to be assassinated, given time and preparation, i.e. stalk?
The victim can see that the assassin is in the same area, so they can take it upon themselves to leave. If the assassin follows, they know and can attack or go somewhere the assassin cant. But as it is now the ultimate power, and name for heaven's sake, of the assassin class is unuseable against alot of people.
I'm thinking you should be able to stalk anyone. If they can see you, fine, they can do something about it. But you should't be proscribed from doing it in the first place.
