As for "a lot" of people doing as well as Zorszaul, I seriously doubt it. Doing ok? Sure. Draktha, for instance, did pretty well with a lich. Draktha vs. Zorszaul would be a joke, however, as much of a joke as we've seen with Viscrinth vs. Zorszaul. I can name a lot more non-successful liches than the ones I would consider as good as Zorszaul.
