Bloodlust only hastens your attacks, not your defense, and you lack the dodging skills of warriors (which is the best of the basic defenses). Therefor, your only real chance of protecting yourself is through magic. Grab yourself some stoneskin, aura's, and barriers and you'll do just fine.
Basically, it seems anti-paladins were designed to have no defensive abilitys at all, but a huge offensive punch. Keeping this in mind, alter your tactics so that you don't get hit so much. Try these:
-Attack people who are already fighting.
-Use a merc to rescue you.
-Use sleep often, and spell 'em up till their weapon falls off.
-Find a lacky to stick in front of you.
