The Dawn is all about keeping hope and faith alive. I don't
know how well offensive powers fit in with the over all picture
of a group devoted to hope and faith. Maybe by showing that evil
can be overcome I suppose. It's a stretch though. Offense is
more of a Maran thing. I do know that Shokai has at least one
paladin in the Dawn, so I guess they do have some offensive minded
people.
