You will have fly. You get protective shield early enough. Means you will not be bashed or tripped...which means you can flee. Carry a lot of transpo and return potions. You will have a good ac...which at lower ranks helps a lot. You have 23 int...means you can learn sups in one practice with int maxed. Plus you can practice them and master important sup's easy with 23 int. By only using one practice per sup...you can train hp's since shamans get crapy hp's.
