Those are some pretty harsh words for what seem to be relatively minor indiscretions on his part as far as actual breaking of the rules go. I've been in his position before and if you're no longer having fun with the character (especially if you worked hard on him) it is still hard to press *delete* *delete* even if you know you should.

A solution I thought about (don't know if it would work or not) is to pick a time frame (maybe 4 weeks?) and to add up the amount of hours spent online during that time and if it is not a reasonable about of time make the limited equipment crumble.

The role play is a different story but most people only seemed to be upset about the hoarding.
