Well, to humor you, the paladin is meat. IMHO, a prepared lich in general is going to have his way with any lone person, regardless of class. Also, take in mind Zorszaul hasn't been killed in this millenium and pretty much has all the phylacteries he needs. I don't see anything short of a good ol' fashioned gangbang to take him out. I'll leave the composition of the cast up to you.
