Let's review your argument.

1) Tess is boring.
2) Tess does not roleplay.
3) Tess is worthless.
4) Tess is a rank sitter.

Well, just one of those alone would suffice to make Tess the worst player ever to grace the land of Thera. But all four together at once! Given the vast amounts of evidence you've presented, I'm shocked the immortals haven't denied her already.
