Sure, there may be some people that have gotten the ugly end of the shaft, but there's most likely a reason for that.

I can't say that Arolin has ever ruined hell for anybody, but since his site tends to be frowned upon in general it may be a safe assumption that they're just waiting to fuck up. That is, assuming he's not allowed into Hell and I don't think that he is.
