Incase someone was wondering i have found out how some of the
assassins skills affect everybody:

Kansetsuwaza does -9 str & dex
Kotegaeshi does -7 str & dex
Ground Control does -6 str & dex
Nerve does -2 str

kan lasts longer than kot which lasts longer than ground
which lasts longer than nerve.

not sure what caltraps does though?

I hope this helps some up and coming assassins out there.
