Theres gotta be alot of people who roll neutral chars
rather than chaotic specifically because of the way guards
act. I think it kinda sucks and is kinda lame.
I really hate the way guards act -
1) How the hell do they know youre chaotic?
2) A neutral is attacking a chaotic - why is the neutral innocent?
who the hell is he protecting?
3) There are sooo many people who are lawful and neutral that abuse
the mechanics of the game (Of course this is my opinion) in this respect
It really is a powerful part of the mechanics.
- What should happen
lawful attacks chaotic in town - guards assist - imms should come down hard
on those people that arent roleplaying a lawful char.
chaotic/neutral attacks lawful in town - guards assist lawful
chaotic/neutral attacks chaotic/neutral - guards assist person being attacked
in a nutshell neutrals can break the law and shouldnt be immune from the guards
The only problem I see is the way people can twist the meaning of "lwaful" - shokais
paladin of course syndrome again - would be attacking in town (this is the whole paladins
should be able to be neutral thread)
Id really love to know why its coded the way it is
