Well, as a felar, there aren't too many you can use, most polearms are pretty heavy, and felars ain't the strongest out there. There are a few pretty decent ones they can use, and they do pretty good with'em. At the low ranks, I think your pretty much stuck with the practice stuff, you might be able to use the glaive, not sure. The flaming bardiche and the jade mithril glaive are the better ones you can use I think.
