You're right, I mixed plague with scourge, my mistake. Though you said yourself other's don't even ask. This isn't a hostility against one particular member of the Empire, but many. A reason I would never want to join the Empire. I've never ever in my time on CF seen anyone make the Empire look remotely good. I know they don't have to justify their actions, but really now... If I was to join a cabal, I'd support it passionately. These people do little.
