If it can be prooved that a specific conji was directing the familiar, he will be flagged.
On the other hand, if a conji is in his guild and send his familiar to the warrior guild, and it gets killed, there is no flag.
Familiars are not protected by the law, characters are.
If an attack on a familiar does not start a fight with the conji, then it is fine.
