I don't have my little notes here at work, but...

You start off 'young'. At 'mature' (maybe 30 or so hours), you get +1str/+1wis, I believe. At 'middle-aged- and 'old', str, dex, and/or con drop off, and int/wis increase. you may want to keep this in mind before spending 100% of your trains on hp before middle-age sets in.
