Do any know how to change a sound formatt from .au to .wav?

Do any know how to change a sound formatt from .au to .wav?:

I am using Zmud 5.55 and am setting up triggers for sound effects. I have a bunch of them with the .au formatt but the Zmud will not play them but only seems to accept .wav files. Do any know of a way to either change the formatt or to get Zmud to play .au files? Thanks all
