• Same reason it dosn't stop people from bashing or performing skills, its' basically a worldbind combined with a deafen, the discription is wrong and I posted that bug, it doesn't affect skills worth shit, because if it would it would rock too much ass, imagine...oops, your sword skill is now 1% (N/T) Pointy Fang 10:09:06 3/19/2000 (1)
