My character is nothing like Manshoon in the books though and is completely original to carrion fields. He always has and always will be. I didn't know the name came from a stock area when I made the character. I found this out much later when I was playing Dio's mud. As far as Pikel goes well I don't even know which books you all are talking about, so I can't comment. I would say that if names really bother you that much rank up show some role play ability make an immortal and deny the names. Until then this is the last time I will comment on it.
