First, let me say that being an Arbiter give me NO authority to loot your corpse for any reason. If you can find somewhere on the pillar that says I can loot a non-criminal corpse in town, be my guest, but you can't, so I won't.

The person that looted your corpse was, *chi-ching* the rager in question, who happened to be already wanted, so flagging him again wouldn't be very productive.

Finally, you don't know what I did between the time you died, and the time you walked into the room. So your assertion that I didn't manacle him before, durring, or after I raised your corpse has no merit.
