Conjurer is argueably the worst class for H-Elves because you can't train your main stat up. You end up with mediocre rolls across the board fully trained.

H-elves are underrated as other mages though... 24 int is nice. Iron vuln sucks but quite movement gives you the edge when trying to escape.
