I understand what Sailus wanted, but it was also
a very poorly organized group. It had no real meaning,
at least that was my viewpoint. Thinking about it
made me look at it more carefully. Thieves
would have no real feud with the empire, it wouldn't
make a whole lot of sense, them fighting the arbiters
does, at least to me. And the enemies thing, I was
uninformed and am sorry if anyone was offended.
