How is this the case? Tells are supposed to be an IC channel, so there's really no such thing as invading someone's privacy. Your character may be invading another character's privacy, but that shouldn't be an in-game no-no - it could definitely be made part of the game. If people are doing OOC stuff over tells, then you have a point, but you're not supposed to do that anyway.
