If he were LE from birth, would he even be able to do the quest? When I had Szuzlar, duergar warrior, the princess wouldn't even talk to him, thereby preventing me from even starting the quest. I had heard that no evils can do the quest because the princess would not seek aid from one dark of heart. I could be wrong about this, but then it really stumps me as to why I couldn't do the quest. To me it sounds like he was nuetral or good, did the quest and bloodoathed.
