Well, I have played more than my fair share of moderately successful ragers, even two since the new powers, and only with one of them did I accidently gang someone, and I deleted when I did because my char could not handle knowing his actions prooved he was no better than those ganging mages.

Read above. I have a full perspective of both cabals. And while I agree that sometimes arbies mistakes cause bad things to happen, most often they are honest mistakes. NOT premeditated.
Here is an example of a log I had with my last rager, (not the real log, a paraphrasing)
who pk:
Rager
Master
Master
Me(rager)
Empire mage
Sylvan mage
shaman
ranger
Rager
Rager
Cb (me): anyone know where the masters are?
cb: they are sitting in galadon in guild...no arbies tho.
who pk:
uncaballed warrior
Rager
Master
Master
Me(rager)
Empire mage
Sylvan mage
shaman
ranger
Rager
Rager
cb: anyone know anything about uncaballed warrior?
cb: (me) I do not know him.
cb: think I ranked with him a long time ago
cb: No idea
three mins later
cb: uncaballed warrior gushing sitting in guild in galadon, can someone open the warrior guild for me?
cb: Sure, someone should stand at the gates to make sure he doesnt get out?
cb(me): is he wearing magic or using it?
cb: Huh?
cb:he fled, get him.
cb: got him strangled at southern gate.
cb: blind him, then I will impale.
this is where I deleted that char.
you see, I do speak from experience, on both sides of the story.
