There's at least three good IMM posts on this. One is by Cyradia: "Oh good...someone finally set me up with that question." There's another short one by Shokai: "Re: Opinions". Finally, Nepenthe's recent "My two cents".

A lot of players (including myself) have also written on this, but its the IMMs who read the roles, so I'm giving the IMM citations.

But really, the helpfile says it all. The rest is just details. Hope this helps.
