Yes, I haven't been around that much recently, but I will be. And my interviews are much more than that, believe it or not. They're not 30 minutes, obviously, because that's not what Empire is about, but ask a few of the ones I've inducted, I do ask a few good questions, and I'm not afraid to refuse someone.
