Enough whining about how weak the Empire is! Don't join it if you don't want a challenge. The best times I had in the Empire was when it was just myself, and maybe one or two others, trying to rebuild it. Of course it's not easy, but it's a hell of a lot of fun. The Empire is going to rise again, it's been in worse situations than this. All those anathema make the Citizens realize that they are there for the Empire, the Empire isn't there for them. Follow the rules, and you're ok, most times. If mistakes are made, tough, it isn't a place that tolerates difference, or failure. Try playing a Citizen now... you'll get beat up, but you'll probably enjoy it, and in time, you'll see the Empire on top again.
