If that's you desire maybe some kind of mercenary clan though I heard that already had been tried (Syndicate?). Though, maybe just an alliance could do... [Alliance of the Blade?] Excessive violence could be unnecessary, only loyality to your brothers matters... (Gotta go, though that could be developed)
