Maybe you just weren't paying me any attention but I'll explain it here the same as I did in CF. My side of the story. I'm sitting at the altar with Kennan and another Arbiter is also nearby in town (which was relatively empty at the time.) Suddenly, I hear the scream that you're charging someone. You didn't say anything about being robbed to us. We only see that you attacked another person in town with intent to kill. You expect my simpathy and your armors back, you can look elsewhere. Really, you decide to attack a person with three other Arbiters in town. That's something most fire giant wouldn't even do.
How do we justify killing people for attacking others in town? We're trying to save the lives of the innocent, not the criminal. If we'd have known about the thief, things probably would have been handled differently. You can bet we'd at least have tried. Either way you slice it, though, you attacked a person in town so you were a criminal. No amount of complaining and reasoning will get you out of that. The way you bitch and moan about it, if I had it to do over again, I might have given back JUST the belt so you can look acceptable as you run room to room. Next time, don't be a moron.
